I work with adults and university students navigating anxiety, depression, motivation, life transitions, stress, and relationship challenges, perfectionism, self-esteem, and borderline personality disorder (BPD).
My approach is practical, straightforward, and nonjudgmental, focused on helping you make sense of what’s going on and create real change. Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), person-centred, and solution-focused strategies, I aim to help you develop self-awareness, self-esteem, a better understanding of yourself and others, coping tools, and confidence in decision-making.
